Ad Guidelines
  1. All entities represented in ads that are submitted directly to the newsletter staff must be your own. If you submit other's work without their permission, your ad will not be considered.
  2. We reserve the right to remove your ad should it be innapropriate, outdated, false, or advocating activities outside of ACC's rules or legal regulation.
  3. Ads will not re-submitted, that is the responsibility of the owner.
  4. Ads are first-come, first-serve.
  5. Ads will not be credited.
  6. Ads are allowed italics, underlined, and bolded words.
  7. Ads must include a title. Titles will automatically have a link if necessary. Titles must be around 25 characters and the ad body must be around 100 characters.
  8. Links must be included if a public thread or public entity is mentioned.
Artwork Guidelines
  1. All artwork submitted directly to the newsletter must be owned by the submitter. If you submit artwork that is not yours, the artwork will not be considered.
  2. We reserve the right to not use your artwork should it be innapropriate or of low quality.
  3. Artwork will not be re-used without permission. We will not accept the same piece to be used twice in a row except under extringent circumstances.
  4. Artwork will be selected on the most interesting pieces, not on the order it was submitted.
  5. Artwork will be credited in alphabetical order.
  6. Artwork would preferrably be direct screen-shots.
  7. Artwork may be submitted in a portfolio. We may pick all, some, or none of the artwork in the portfolio.
Staff Guidelines
  1. All staff members are to act in a responsible and professional manner.
  2. Staff found acting unprofessionally shall have the appropriate course of action taken against them.
